To qualify for a return, please return your empty bottle to us. If you purchased multiple bottles at once please return those as well in unopened and re-sellable condition. We do this to keep scammers from ordering large amounts of product, and then sending back empty bottles.
Include a printed copy of the original invoice sent via email in the box when you ship your return. The original shipping cost is not refundable. We highly advise using a courier who provides package tracking. We will not be responsible for any lost packages.
